I finally fully scrubbed off all my makeup (instead of just the usual face wash). The Hus stares intently at me and says, “Your eyelashes are so light!”
I’ve been hiding my albino eyelashes from him for 5 years, I guess it’s ’bout time I come clean.
(P.S. Although I finally took the plunge to join Twitter, I can’t quite keep all my thoughts to 140 characters. So some of my “Tweets” will still end up here. Plus, I’m still semi-boycotting social media).
Merrick was home after a sweaty workout this weekend and saw me in my running shorts and sports bra and asked, “Is that a new training bra?”
Well… it’s not a training bra because it’s not training anything. Newsflash – they’re as big as they’re gonna get. No training required. 
Oh the things husbands say…
Had my huge research presentation yesterday and presented my professional poster of my thesis… and my teacher says, “Do you want to take your poster home and show your parents?”
haha how cute is that.
(ps sorry Mom and Dad… but unless you’re flying me back this weekend, you’re not seeing my poster)
Going to my first ever Black Friday shopping at midnight tonight. Hopefully this will also be my last. How the Hus convinced me to leave my warm house and nice wine buzz for Walmart and Target madness, I’ll never know. I must love the fool.

So basically I saved Merrick from a horrible, lonely depressing life. And marrying him threw me right into one.

Heading to an outdoor wedding in Michigan at 11am in 90 degree weather and about 70% humidity.
And they don’t make dresses in duo dry. I’m also regretting the decision to curl my hair and put on sexy skivvies.
Guess we won’t be taking our Christmas picture at this wedding…
I should never have taught my husband what “Chub Rub” is… now anytime I touch him with my legs, he shouts “Chub rub! Chub rub!” like a foolio
